Our Recent Works

Racing Extinction

From the Academy Award winning filmmaking team that revealed oceanic atrocities in “The Cove” comes a bigger and bolder mission. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, director Louie Psihoyos assembles a team of activists intent on showing the world never-before-seen images that will change the way we understand issues of endangered species and mass extinction. Whether infiltrating notorious black markets with guerilla-style tactics, or working with artists to create beautiful imagery with unexpected animal subjects, “Racing Extinction” will literally change the way you see the world.

Digital Poets has collaborated with the Oceanic Preservation Society team to create solid productions, ensure an effective social media campaign and record sound from around the world for this groundbreaking documentary.

Blue Whale

The Digital Poets team has embarked on a mission to bring beauty and light to an important issue- Blue Whale strikes.  By harnessing the powerful music of cellist David Darling alongside images of the Blue Whales (footage courtesy of The Oceanic Preservation Society), we hope to bring attention to these sentient beings of mythic proportions.

Tippet Rise Art Center

Tippet Rise is a place, an experience… a recognition that music, artwork and nature are intertwined in ways we continue to discover.  Opening in 2016, Tippet Rise Art Center is a home for that discovery. In the mean time, Digital Poets has been along for the ride as Tippet Rise has come to fruition, shooting concerts, recording music and documenting the work of accomplished sculptors, architects, musicians, poets, composers and more.

Colorado Jazz Group

The Colorado Jazz Group has enlisted Digital Poets to create media to accompany their important mission.  The non-profit brings together talented musicians (many of whom are professors at Colorado universities) to provide one-on-one music lessons to students in underfunded schools around Colorado.

Stephen Talasnik

Stephen Talasnik’s most recent installation has taken up residence in The Russel Wright Design Center in Garrison, New York.  Digital Poets collaborated with Stephen to create a short video highlighting his artistic genius in Manitoga.

Digital Audio Design

The Digital Poets team has joined forces with The University of Colorado and Naropa University to bring our expertise on sound to students in pursuit of their craft.  Our class, Digital Audio Design, works with students in the ProTools software to experiment with interviews, ambient sound, music, automatic dialogue replacement… and most importantly- listening!
